What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup Arborio rice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
.25 tsp. salt
.25 tsp. pepper
6 slices smoked applewood bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (4 oz.) VELVEETA® Mini Blocks, cut into 1/2 in. cubes
1/4 cup thinly sliced scallion

Let's Make It
Put rice in medium sauce pot.
Slowly brown rice with olive oil.
Add broth 1/2 cup at a time until absorbed.
Add garlic, and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Fold in bacon, Velveeta and scallions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
