Bring together two crowd favorites with this Crescent-Crusted Pizza Quiche. This tasty quiche incorporates all of your favorite pizza toppings!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dough sheet
1/2 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni
6 egg s
1-1/2 cups milk
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

Heat oven to 375ºF.
Unroll dough on floured waxed paper to 14x10-inch rectangle, using floured rolling pin or finger tips. Invert and place dough in 11x7-inch pan; carefully remove waxed paper. Press gently onto bottom and up side of pan; crimp edges.
Spread bottom of crust with pizza sauce; top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over pepperoni.
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until small knife inserted near center comes out clean, loosely covering with foil after 15 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
Prepare using KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and fat-free milk.
Prepare using your favorite pizza toppings. Substitute 1/2 lb. cooked Italian sausage and/or 1/2 cup cooked mushrooms or other vegetables for the pepperoni.
