What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. ground turkey
1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans, rinsed
1 can (14.5 oz.) fire-roasted diced tomatoes with garlic, undrained
1 can (8 oz.) Mexican-style spicy tomato sauce
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 cup water
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked

Cook turkey in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray until done, stirring frequently.
Add beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasoning mix; mix well. Stir in water. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice. Return to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min. or until rice is tender and most the liquid is absorbed.
Serve topped with chopped fresh tomatoes and onions.
Prepare using regular tomato sauce.
