What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
2 cups ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
2 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

Let's Make It
Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels.
Add chicken to reserved drippings in skillet; cook on medium heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add potatoes, broccoli and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until heated through.
Place chicken over potatoes; top with cheese. Cover; cook 2 min. or until cheese is melted. Crumble bacon; sprinkle over cheese.
Serve with a crisp mixed green salad to round out the meal.
Substitute ORE-IDA Potatoes O'Brien for the diced hash brown potatoes.
How to Check Chicken For Doneness
Check that the chicken's internal temperature is at least 165ºF. When the chicken is done, the juices should run clear.
