1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
4 small boneless skinless chicken thigh s (1 lb.)
3 cups ORE-IDA Potatoes O’Brien, thawed
1 zucchini, halved lengthwise, sliced (1 cup)
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Combine black pepper, garlic powder and red pepper; sprinkle over chicken. Add chicken to skillet; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add potatoes and zucchini to skillet; cook and stir 5 min. or until heated through.
Place chicken over vegetables; top with cheese. Cover; cook 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
How to Check Chicken For Doneness
Check that the chicken's internal temperature is at least 165ºF. When the chicken is done, the juices should run clear.
