1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1-1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Ketchup Blended with Sriracha Flavor
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
4 hamburger buns
4 lettuce leaves
2 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slices, cut in half
1 tomato, cut into 4 slices
16 HEINZ Spicy Garlic Pickle Chips

Mix first 4 ingredients just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

Cook in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Meanwhile, mix ketchup and mayo until blended; spread onto cut sides of buns.

Fill buns with lettuce, cheese, burgers, tomatoes and pickles.
