Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
1/4 cup chopped onion s
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
1-1/2 cups frozen mixed pepper strips
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1-1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Let's Make It
Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook 1 min. Add potatoes and pepper strips; cook 5 min. Stir in chicken, broth, curry powder and black pepper. Bring to boil; cover.
Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until potatoes are tender and mixture is heated through.
Stir in sour cream; cook 1 min., stirring constantly. Serve topped with cilantro.
Prepare using leftover roasted chicken or rotisserie chicken. Or, substitute 8 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, cut into bite-size pieces for the cooked chicken.
Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Peanuts before serving.
