Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 sweet potatoes (2 lb.)
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1/4 cup finely chopped onion s
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Balsamic Vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 oz. chopped OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham (1 cup)

Let's Make It
Pierce each potato in several places with fork or sharp knife. Microwave in shallow microwaveable dish on HIGH 8 to 10 min. or until tender, rearranging once. Cool slightly. Cut thin slice off top of each potato. Discard tops; scoop out centers into medium bowl, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Mash potatoes. Add Neufchatel, onions, vinegar, garlic and pepper; beat until fluffy. Stir in ham.
Spoon into shells; return to microwaveable dish.
Microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 min. or until heated through.
Substitute 6 slices crumbled cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon for the ham.
