What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/3 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 green onion, chopped
2 tsp. chopped fresh tarragon
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
6 whole wheat tortilla s (6 inch)
2 plum tomato es, each cut into 6 thin slices
18 thin cucumber slices

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Top each tortilla with 2 tomato slices, 3 cucumber slices and 1/3 cup chicken mixture; roll up tightly.
It will take about 1 lb. uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs to get 2 cups chopped cooked chicken needed to prepare this delicious chicken salad.
Purchasing a fully-cooked rotisserie chicken at the supermarket is a quick way to obtain cooked chicken for recipes. Check to make sure the chicken is hot, not just warm, when you purchase it. If you are not using the chicken immediately, cut it into pieces and store in tightly covered containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
