What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
3 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
2 Granny Smith apple s, chopped
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 green onion, sliced
1 cup KRAFT Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
1 tsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts

Let's Make It
Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix dressing and vinegar until blended. Add to coleslaw mixture; mix lightly.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Top with remaining ingredients just before serving.
This flavorful coleslaw can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before serving. Just stir in the apples, and top with the blue cheese and nuts just before serving.
For added color, prepare using a combination of shredded red and green cabbage instead of the packaged coleslaw blend.
