What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 slices white bread
4 slices pumpernickel bread
1/2 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
2 banana s, sliced
4 tsp. strawberry jelly

Let's Make It
Spread 1 side of each white and pumpernickel bread slice with 1 Tbsp. peanut butter.
Arrange banana slices on each of the white bread slices. Top with jelly and pumpernickel bread slices, peanut butter-side down, to make 4 sandwiches.
Cut each sandwich in half, then into thirds. Flip alternating pieces over for a checkerboard look.
Prepare using creamy peanut butter.
Prepare using pineapple jelly.
