What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
2 cans (5 oz. each) chunk light tuna in water, drained, flaked
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
Rinse pasta under cool running water to cool slightly; drain again.
Toss pasta with remaining ingredients.
Substitute 1/2 cup of any other cut-up fresh vegetables you have on hand, such as red peppers, cherry tomatoes or zucchini, for the shredded carrots.
Rinsing the pasta twice helps to prevent it from absorbing too much of the dressing.
