Original recipe yields 8 servings
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Ketchup Blended with Sriracha Flavor s
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. yellow curry paste
1/4 tsp. coriander seed
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
8 bone-in skinless chicken thigh s (3 lb.)

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Bring first 6 ingredients to boil in small saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; set aside.
Combine curry powder, allspice and pepper; rub onto chicken.
Grill chicken 15 min. on each side. Brush with sauce mixture; grill 3 to 5 min. or until done (165°F).
Prepare sauce mixture up to 2 days before serving. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve sprinkled with 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro and 8 lime wedges to squeeze over chicken.
How to Prepare in the Broiler
Heat broiler. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 10 min. on each side. Brush with sauce mixture; broil 3 to 5 min. or until done (165°F), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce mixture.
