1 pkg. (19 oz.) ORE-IDA Sweet Potato Straight Fries
1 Tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
1/3 cup KRAFT Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Heat oven to 400°F.

Bake fries as directed on package. About 5 min. before fries are done, heat oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until lightly browned. Remove from heat; stir in thyme.

Mix dressing and mustard until blended.

Toss fries with garlic mixture. Serve with dressing mixture.
