What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Mix dressing, garlic, rosemary and pepper in pie plate until blended. Dip chicken, 1 breast at a time, into dressing mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with dressing mixture.
Cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add juice mixture to skillet; bring to boil on medium-high heat. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until reduced to about 1/2 cup, stirring occasionally. Drizzle over chicken.
Sprinkle chicken with 1 Tbsp. pomegranate seeds before serving.
Substitute dry white wine for the chicken broth.
