4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
3/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. pomegranate juice, divided
1/2 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted, divided
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 small pear s, peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2-1/4 tsp. cornstarch

Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add COOL WHIP, powdered sugar and 1 Tbsp. pomegranate juice; mix until blended. Gently stir in 1/4 cup nuts.
Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add brown sugar; stir until melted. Add pears; cook 5 to 6 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Mix granulated sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Gradually whisk in remaining pomegranate juice. Bring to boil on medium heat. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until mixture is clear and thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cool.
Heat waffles as directed on package. Spread cream cheese mixture on waffles. Top with pears, pomegranate sauce and remaining nuts.
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
