Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
6 cups tightly packed torn mixed salad greens, chopped
1 cup chopped tomato es
1 cup chopped cucumber s
4 large radishes, chopped
1/2 cup chopped carrot s
1/2 cup chopped red onion s
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Measure 2 Tbsp. dressing into small bowl. Reserve remaining dressing for later use.
Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F), brushing occasionally with the 2 Tbsp. dressing for the last 5 min. Cool slightly.
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Toss salad greens with vegetables and chicken in large bowl. Add cheese and remaining dressing; mix lightly.
Add 1/4 cup of your favorite KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheese to the salad before tossing with the dressing.
For a refreshing ending, serve with 1 cup of your favorite fresh fruit, such as mixed berries or cantaloupe chunks.
