Original recipe yields 14 servings
3/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. flour, divided
1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecans, toasted, chopped
1-1/4 cups powdered sugar, divided
1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 egg s
1 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, divided
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Heat oven to 375°F.
Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray; line with waxed paper. Spray waxed paper with additional cooking spray; dust with 1 Tbsp. flour. Sprinkle nuts evenly over flour. Sprinkle clean towel with 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
Combine remaining flour, baking powder, baking soda and pumpkin pie spice in small bowl. Beat eggs and granulated sugar in large bowl with mixer until thickened. Blend in pumpkin. Add flour mixture; mix well. Spread into prepared pan.
Bake 13 to 15 min. or until top of cake springs back when touched. Immediately loosen cake from pan; turn onto prepared towel. Peel off waxed paper. Roll up cake with the towel, starting at one of the short ends. Cool on wire rack. Meanwhile, beat Neufchatel, remaining powdered sugar and vanilla in small bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP.
Unroll cake carefully; remove towel. Spread Neufchatel mixture onto cake. Re-roll cake. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate 1 hour. Frost cake with remaining COOL WHIP; sprinkle with cinnamon.
Omit frosting cake with COOL WHIP. Drizzle with 1/2 cup KRAFT Caramel Topping and sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped toasted PLANTERS Pecans just before serving.
Cake roll can be made, filled and rolled in plastic wrap a day before serving. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Frost just before serving.
For added pumpkin flavor, increase pumpkin pie spice to 1-1/2 tsp.
How to Dust Pan With Flour
Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. flour pan and shake to evenly coat bottom and sides of pan. Invert over a garbage can and tap excess flour out of pan.
