Mix dry gelatin mix, drink mix and sugar in medium bowl. Add boiling water; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
Blend gelatin mixture, pomegranate juice and 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds in blender until smooth. Add ice; blend until thickened and smooth, using pulsing action.
Spoon into 9-inch square pan. Freeze 1 hour. Break up with fork. Freeze an additional 1 hour or until mixture is frozen and slushy. Serve topped with remaining pomegranate seeds.
