What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
3 oz. (about 1/4 of 13-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Turkey Sausage, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper s
2 lb. Yukon gold potato es (about 8), thinly sliced
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add sausage, onions and peppers; cook and stir 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Stir in potatoes; cover. Cook on medium-low heat 20 to 25 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
Top with cheese; cook, covered, 1 to 2 min. or until melted.
