1/4 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
2 lb. Yukon gold potato es (about 8), cut into thin slices
1 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
12 pitted Kalamata olive s, cut in half

Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions, peppers and oregano; cook and stir 5 min.

Stir in potatoes; cover. Cook on medium-low heat 20 to 25 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.

Top with cheese; cook, covered, 1 to 2 min. or until softened. Top with olives.
