When summer s'mores meet autumn pumpkins, you gather your friends and family to enjoy together this warm, soft and delicious "pizza"!

Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
4 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray a 13-inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla, egg, and pumpkin until well combined.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture and mix on low speed until just combined.

Gently press dough onto the prepared pizza pan. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove cookie from the oven and turn on broiler to high.

Cover top of pizza with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Return to the oven for just a couple minutes or until marshmallows
