What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 cups loosely packed torn field greens
1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup each halved seedless green and red grape s
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1/4 cup orange juice
1-1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted

Let's Make It
Combine salad greens, chicken, grapes and onions in large bowl.
Mix all remaining ingredients except nuts until blended. Add to greens mixture; mix lightly.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Prepare using your favorite variety of PLANTERS Nuts.
Add 1/2 tsp. orange zest to the sour cream mixture before tossing with the salad as directed.
How to Toast Nuts
Toasting nuts adds crunch and intensifies their flavor. To toast nuts in the oven, spread nuts in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. To toast nuts on the stovetop, place nuts in ungreased skillet. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. To toast nuts in the microwave, place up to 1 cup of nuts in a microwaveable shallow dish. Microwave on HIGH until fragrant and crisp, stirring every 30 sec.
