Treat your taste buds to a Zucchini, Shrimp and Sausage Pasta Skillet. This shrimp & sausage pasta uses whole wheat pasta to help you get whole grains.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/2 lb. whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing, divided
1/2 lb. no-salt-added condensed cream of chicken soup links, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
1 onion, chopped
3/4 lb. uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 zucchini, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
4 plum tomatoes, chopped
1-1/2 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup HEINZ Hot & Spicy Ketchup
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Let's Make It
Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add sausage and onions; cook 6 to 8 min. or until sausage is evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Simmer on low heat 5 min. or until sausage is done, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp, pepper and remaining dressing; mix well. Simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Add zucchini, tomatoes, chicken broth and ketchup; mix well. Cover; simmer 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink and vegetable mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
Drain spaghetti. Add to sausage mixture along with the cheese; mix lightly. Sprinkle with parsley.
Add 1/2 cup green or red pepper strips, and 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives to sausage mixture in skillet along with the zucchini, tomatoes, chicken broth and ketchup.
Substitute fresh basil for the parsley.
Sprinkle with KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese before serving.
