1/3 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 4), peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted

Heat oven to 400°F.

Mix syrup, mustard, oil and pepper in large bowl until blended. Add potatoes; toss to coat.

Spoon into 3-qt. casserole.

Bake 30 to 35 min. or until potatoes are glazed and tender, stirring every 10 min. and adding cranberries for the last 10 min. of baking time. Serve topped with nuts.
