What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
3 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (3/4 lb.)
6 green onions, sliced
1 cup thin matchlike carrot sticks
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
6 cups shredded Chinese cabbage
1/4 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

Let's Make It
Place chicken on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Cool slightly; cut into thin strips.
Combine chicken, onions and carrots in large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Whisk dressing, tahini, water and crushed pepper until blended. Top cabbage with chicken mixture. Drizzle with dressing mixture; sprinkle with nuts.
Substitute shredded napa cabbage or romaine lettuce for the Chinese cabbage. To easily shred cabbage or romaine, just cut thin slices across the leaves, then slice into bite-size lengths.
To Tone Down the Spice
Reduce or omit the crushed red pepper.
