What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, divided
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup KRAFT Honey Mustard Dressing
6 cups loosely packed torn mixed salad greens
4 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

Pour 1/2 cup lemon juice over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of breasts. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning after 30 min.
Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with seasoning.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; cut into thin strips.
Whisk dressing with remaining lemon juice until blended. Place salad greens in large bowl; top with tomatoes, chicken and cheese. Drizzle with dressing mixture just before serving.
Substitute KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese for the feta.
