Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. seedless raspberry jam
2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Hickory Smoked BBQ Chicken Breast Strips
6 cups loosely packed torn mixed salad greens
2 cups fresh raspberries
1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted

Let's Make It
Whisk dressing and jam in large bowl until blended. Add chicken strips; mix lightly.
Place greens on serving plate; top with chicken mixture, raspberries and nuts.
How to Toast Nuts
Toasting nuts adds crunch and intensifies their flavor. To toast nuts in the oven, spread nuts in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. To toast nuts on the stovetop, place nuts in ungreased skillet. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. To toast nuts in the microwave, place up to 1 cup of nuts in a microwaveable shallow dish. Microwave on HIGH until fragrant and crisp, stirring every 30 sec.
Prepare using strawberry jam, and substituting sliced fresh strawberries for the raspberries.
