What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
2 tsp. hot chili sesame oil
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
4 French bread roll s, split, toasted
1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes
1/2 cup broccoli slaw
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

Heat grill to medium heat.
Brush chicken with oil. Grill 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).
Meanwhile, cook dressing, peanut butter, soy sauce and garlic in small saucepan on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until blended and heated through, stirring frequently.
Place chicken on bottom halves of rolls; drizzle with dressing mixture. Top with radishes, broccoli slaw, nuts and top halves of rolls.
Use Your Grill to Heat the Sauce
Combine dressing, peanut butter, soy sauce, and garlic in disposable loaf pan. Place on grill rack. Cook and stir for last min. of chicken cooking time until blended and heated through. Use as directed.
Hot chili sesame oil (also known and hot sesame oil or hot pepper sesame oil) can be made by combining 2 tsp. sesame oil with 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper.
