What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/3 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
6 bone-in skinless chicken thighs (2 lb.)
12 shiitake mushrooms, stems removed
18 snow peas, stems removed
1 red bell pepper, cut into 12 chunks
6 green onions, white tops removed, greens thinly sliced, divided
3 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

Let's Make It
Heat greased grill to medium heat.
Combine first 5 ingredients; reserve for later use.
Grill chicken 20 min. Meanwhile, thread mushroom caps, snow peas, bell peppers and white onion tops onto 6 skewers. Turn chicken over; add skewers to skillet. Grill 13 to 15 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), turning skewers frequently and brushing chicken and skewers with dressing mixture for the last 5 min.
Remove vegetables from skewers. Serve chicken and vegetables topped with sliced green onions and nuts.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
Serve with brown rice.
