What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 can (16.3 oz.) refrigerated big buttermilk biscuits
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 32 small cubes
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Separate biscuits; cut each into quarters. Place 1 mozzarella cube onto center of each dough piece; press dough around cheese until completely enclosed.
Mix butter and garlic in large bowl. Add dough pieces; toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan; toss gently to coat. Place in 9-inch round pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 35 min. or until golden brown. Cool 10 min. before removing from pan to serve.
Substitute KRAFT Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeno Peppers for the mozzarella cheese.
Prepare using refrigerated reduced-fat buttermilk biscuits.
