What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. butter
4 egg s
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
3 green onions, white tops removed, greens thinly sliced, divided
3 cups cooked long-grain white rice
1/3 cup KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

Let's Make It
Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Whisk eggs. Add to skillet; cook 3 to 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet; set aside. Wipe out skillet.
Cook bacon in same skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels.
Add white tops of onions to drippings in skillet; stir-fry 2 min. or until tender. Stir in rice, dressing and pepper; stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until heated through. Crumble bacon. Add to skillet with eggs and sliced green onions; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.
Start your day with this quick entrée. Serve with a seasonal fruit salad.
Substitute 1/2 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham (2 oz.) for the bacon. Omit second step. Cook white tops of onions in 1 Tbsp. oil. Add ham with eggs. Continue as directed.
Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed before serving.
