6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions, undrained
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

Cook and stir bacon in medium saucepan on medium heat until crisp; drain bacon on paper towels. Discard drippings from pan.
Blend tomatoes in blender until smooth. Mix flour, cheese and dressing in same saucepan. Gradually add milk, mixing well after each addition. Cook on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add tomatoes; mix well. Cook 6 min. or just until soup starts to boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Crumble bacon; stir into soup.
Garnish With Fresh Herbs
