What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup finely chopped dried apricots
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 cup apricot preserves
2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 small naan bread, warmed

Let's Make It
Combine chicken, apricots and onions in large bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients except naan until blended. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Spoon chicken salad onto 1 side of each naan; fold in half.
Prepare as directed. Top bread with leaf lettuce before topping with chicken mixture.
Substitute KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise for the MIRACLE WHIP Dressing.
Omit naan bread. Serve chicken salad wrapped in romaine lettuce leaves for a crunchy change.
