1 cup butter, softened
3 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder

Heat oven to 350°F.
Beat butter, cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg yolk and vanilla; beat until blended.
Combine flour and baking powder. Add to butter mixture; mix well.
Place dough in cookie press. Form desired shapes on baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

Prepare as directed, substituting 1 tsp. lemon zest for the vanilla.
