Let's Make It
Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add chicken, celery and onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are tender and chicken is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min.
Add broth, water, vegetables and pesto sauce; bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. Stir in pasta; return to boil. Cook on medium heat 3 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 2 min.
Serve topped with Parmesan.
