Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with mixer 2 min. Add cake mix, egg and 1 tsp. cinnamon; beat 2 min. or until blended. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan on medium heat. Add sugar; cook until hot and bubbly, stirring frequently. Add nuts; stir until evenly coated. Spread onto large sheet of waxed paper, separating any large clumps; cool completely.
Gently stir remaining cinnamon into COOL WHIP; spread onto top of cake. Top with nuts.
Prepare using COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
Store in refrigerator.
