Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Add turnip greens; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until wilted. Spoon into bowl; set aside.
Heat remaining oil in same pan. Whisk in flour; cook and stir 1 min. Gradually whisk in milk; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until thickened. Add 1-1/4 cups shredded cheese, 1 Tbsp. Parmesan and mustard; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until shredded cheese is melted.
Drain macaroni. Add to cheese sauce along with the crushed red pepper and turnip greens mixture; mix well. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheeses.
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
Substitute fresh spinach or kale for the turnip greens.
