What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
4 cups ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
1-1/2 lb. lean ground chicken
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. cumin seed
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 cup HEINZ Chili Sauce
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook chicken with onions in large skillet on medium-high heat until chicken is done; drain.
Stir in spices, chili sauce and tomatoes; simmer on low heat 15 min. stirring occasionally.
Remove TATER TOTS from oven; top with chicken mixture and shredded cheese. Return to oven; bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve topped with sour cream.
Serve with a smart side of an avocado and onion salad and fresh fruit to round out the meal.
