Original recipe yields 4 servings

1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA Honey Pecan Cream Cheese Spread
1/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2 cups cut-up fresh fruit (sliced strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)

Heat oven to 450°F.

Beat eggs and milk in large bowl with whisk until blended. Add butter, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour, mixing after each addition.

Heat large ovenproof skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Pour batter into prepared skillet.

Bake 12 to 15 min. or until edges are just golden brown.

Mix cream cheese spread and COOL WHIP until blended in small bowl. Top pancake with fresh fruit and cream cheese mixture just before serving.
