Adorable, colorful and easy-to-make; these mini popcorn ball pops are just that sweet treat that every celebration needs!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
8 cups popped popcorn
1 bag (10 oz.) JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup sprinkles
1/2 cup Other equipment: ice cream scoop, cooking spray and parchment paper, paper straws (cut in half)

Let's Make It
Pop the popcorn, remove any leftover kernels and place in a large mixing bowl.
Melt the JET-PUFFED Mini Marshmallows and butter in a small pan over low heat on the stove. Continuously stir until the mixture is completely melted.
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the marshmallow mixture and stir until fully mixed.
Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and stir until the popcorn is evenly coated.
Mix in ½ cup of sprinkles.
Use an ice cream scoop, sprayed with cooking spray, to scoop up popcorn balls. Place on a piece of parchment paper and add half of a paper straw in the center of each popcorn ball.
Allow the popcorn balls to set for 30 minutes and enjoy!
