2 Tbsp. KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrot s
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. flour
2-1/2 cups milk
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked, drained
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

Heat dressing in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onions, carrots and garlic; cook 3 to 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Whisk in flour until blended.

Stir in milk; cook 2 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Add Neufchatel; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until melted.

Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Substitute your favorite chopped frozen vegetable, such as spinach, kale, cauliflower or asparagus, for the broccoli.

Microwave onions, carrots, garlic and dressing in 2-qt. microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. or until onions are crisp-tender. Stir in flour, then milk. Microwave 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring every 2 min. Stir in Neufchatel. Microwave 4 to 6 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 2 min. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave 30 sec. or until heated through.
