Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/2 cup no-salt-added tomato sauce, divided
1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion s
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Heat oven to 375°F.

Mix 1/4 tomato sauce, meat, onions, bread crumbs, A.1., egg and pepper just until blended.

Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 30 min. or until done (160ºF). Top with remaining tomato sauce, cheese and bacon; bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

Special Extra
Add 1/4 cup chopped green peppers to meat mixture before pressing into muffin cups.

Make Ahead
Remove baked meatloaves from muffin cups; cool, then freeze in single layer on baking sheet until firm. Transfer to airtight container, freeze up to 4 weeks. When ready to serve, thaw desired number of meatloaves in refrigerator overnight, then microwave until heated through. Or, place frozen meatloaves on baking sheet and bake in 375°F oven 20 min. or just until warmed.

Substitute
Substitute 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits for the bacon slices.
