What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
2/3 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
2/3 cup french-fried onions, coarsely crushed, divided
1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup Italian-style tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. finely chopped yellow onion s
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix meat, 1/3 cup cheese, 1/3 cup French fried onions and remaining ingredients just until blended.
Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 30 min. or until done (160ºF).
Combine remaining cheese and remaining French fried onions; sprinkle over meatloaves. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Serve with roasted sweet potatoes and your favorite steamed fresh green vegetable.
Substitute HEINZ Tomato Ketchup for the tomato sauce.
Remove baked meatloaves from muffin cups; cool, then freeze in single layer on baking sheet until firm. Transfer to airtight container, freeze up to 4 weeks. When ready to serve, thaw desired number of meatloaves in refrigerator overnight, then microwave until heated through. Or, place frozen meatloaves on baking sheet and bake in 375°F oven 20 min. or just until warmed.
