Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray until done, stirring frequently.
Add beans, tomatoes, ketchup and seasoning mix; mix well. Stir in broth. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
Stir in rice. Return to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min. or until rice is tender and most the liquid is absorbed.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh tomatoes, cilantro and onions before serving.
Serve topped with 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
