Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

Let's Make It
Mix cream cheese, sugar and spice until blended.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
Spoon onto platter; shape to resemble ghost. Cover with coconut, pressing coconut into sides to secure.
How to Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
Serve with cinnamon sugar pita chips or vanilla wafers.

No pumpkin pie spice on hand? No problem! Here's an easy way to make your own. For each 1 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice needed, just combine 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. ground ginger, 1/8 tsp. ground allspice and 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg.
