2 cups flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
1 cup chopped Granny Smith apple s
1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 egg s
1/3 cup milk

Heat oven to 400ºF.

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in apples and cheeses.

Whisk eggs and milk until blended. Make well in center of flour mixture. Add egg mixture; stir with fork until mixture forms stiff dough. Lightly knead dough just until it holds together.

Pat or roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness on lightly floured surface; cut into 10 (3-inch rounds) with floured biscuit cutter, rerolling scraps as necessary. Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.

Bake 15 to 17 min. or until golden brown. Serve warm.
