1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Marinara with Plum Tomatoes & Olive Oil Pasta Sauce
1-3/4 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 large red potato (1/2 lb.), cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 carrot s, diagonally sliced
3 large shallot s, chopped
1 cup halved trimmed fresh green beans
1/2 cup pitted niçoise olive s
2 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
1-1/2 tsp. herbes de Provence, divided
8 boneless skinless chicken thigh s (2 lb.)
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients except herbes de Provence, chicken and pepper in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray. Stir in 1-1/4 tsp. herbes de Provence.
Top with chicken; sprinkle with pepper and remaining herbes de Provence. Cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
Serve with a loaf of crusty French bread.
Substitute halved pitted Kalamata olives or sliced black olives for the niçoise olives.
