1 lb. beef flank steak, cut into thin slices
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. brown sugar, divided
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup A.1. Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce
4 tsp. lite soy sauce
1 tsp. HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. minced gingerroot
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped red peppers

Combine meat, 1 Tbsp. dressing, cornstarch and 1 tsp. sugar in bowl. Refrigerate 15 min.

Meanwhile, combine remaining sugar, water, A.1., soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and ginger in small bowl.

Heat remaining dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add meat; cook 8 to 10 min. or until meat is done, stirring occasionally. Stir in onions and peppers; cook 3 min. Stir in sauce mixture; cook 2 to 3 min. or until sauce is heated through.
