Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until no longer pink.
Mix remaining ingredients until blended. Add to skillet; stir to coat chicken.
Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is done and sauce is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
Substitute additional 1/4 cup chicken broth for the bourbon.
